Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Y and E Dress Code LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy with tags intact. Please note that the 3-day return policy starts from the date you receive the package in the mail.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your package via email or phone, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
